Whose job is it to fix this flooding at Aba Road,Port Harcourt.

If you ply the busy Aba Road in Port Harcourt City, you will know this spot. It is that spot that quickly gets flooded in front of Mr Biggs, opposite Shell Residential Area. Unfortunately for us,that heavy rain of yesterday caught us there.

The flood water kept increasing till it reached the doors of the eatery. This large volume of water caused a traffic gridlock because some unruly drivers wanted to take the other lane which was meant for vehicles going in a different direction. It was terrible.

People were flustered because if you use that road, you know that you cannot afford to be driving a brake and quench vehicle or else you and your car will have a nice swim.

So,whose job is it to take care of that road? I know it is a Federal road, so must we wait for the FG? Who knows how these things work? Educate me please
